Our 5 Guarantee Promise To You

Eviction Guarantee

If we place a tenant in your apartment and that tenant needs to be evicted within the first 12-month’s, we’ll cover all legal costs for filing the Eviction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with 60-day notice.

Payment Guarantee

No fee without payment and no fee for a vacant unit.

Response Guarantee

If an owner or tenant calls, texts or emails us, we will respond within 24 hours, or waive that month’s management fee.

Service Guarantee 

If we don’t mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 5 days of receiving good rent funds, we waive that month’s management fee.
 

Standard vs. Premium?

Standard Management allows you to outsource 100% of your management responsibilities, while Premium Management allows you to be more hands on with certain  aspects of management.

Rent Collection Too?

Yes and in multiple ways. We have cash drop off locations or we can take payments online through our tenant portal.  We’ll find a way based on your tenant’s situation.

Do you handle financials?

Yes, and we break them down for you each month. You can easily manage your cash flow and get the numbers you need when you need them.

Is there a contract?

There is a management agreement. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel at any time with a 60-day notice.
